Post- HR Executive
Location- Dhanbad
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain Attendance at site level and sharing the same with HO HR.
- Submit regular reports on HR metrics, absenteeism, attrition, and other site-level updates.
- Act as a point of contact between site and corporate HR.
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment for site-level requirements.
- Conduct employee induction and on boarding programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters at site.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain good relations with workers, staff.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, attendance, and wages.
- Taking Care of the Exit Formalities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in site / project-based industries such as construction, manufacturing, or mining).Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a site / project environment.
