Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Extensive customer account management experience, both in India and globally, including handling major OEM accounts.
• Technical sales expertise, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and product teams, both internally and at the customer’s end.
• Full business development cycle management, from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiations, sales agreement discussions, and order fulfilment.
• Sales budgeting and margin management, demonstrating financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability.
• Product development collaboration, with experience managing the product development cycle in partnership with customers, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Quality and compliance, including experience handling ISO and customer audits, and coordinating audit responses.
