Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician located in Kochi. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and conducting regular maintenance checks. Documentation and reporting of all service activities are also required.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications and experience in field service
• Willingness to travel to different locations for service calls
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
