Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Telesales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for electronics or robotics, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in telesales or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Outreach : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products.
2. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
3. Product Knowledge : Provide detailed information about the company’s offerings and address customer inquiries.
4. Sales Conversion : Persuade customers to purchase products by highlighting benefits and handling objections effectively.
5. Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
6. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of conversations, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
7. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
8. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree any discipline is required. Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales role is preferred..
3. Minimum of two years of experience in an electronic sales role or a similar position.
4. Proficiency in using sales platforms like the GEMS portal and IndiaMart.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with all organizational-level professionals.
7. Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, sales events, and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate.
