Job Title : Techno-Functional Consultant MES & DCS Integration.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant - MES & DCS Integration with strong expertise in batch manufacturing processes, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

The candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating MES with DCS environments, driving debugging and RCA activities, and collaborating with international customers to design and deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for MES (Batch Manufacturing), ensuring effective design, configuration, and deployment.
• Provide strong domain knowledge of DCS, including batch recipe management systems and control strategies.
• Work with OPC Servers, tags, and related data points to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Perform log analysis and debugging across MES / DCS applications, providing actionable Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to accelerate issue resolution.
• Engage with international customers, understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose scalable and effective solutions.
• Design and review IT / OT network architectures for secure, reliable, and high-performance integrations.
• Lead MES-to-DCS integration projects, ensuring smooth handshakes and data synchronization across layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, automation engineers, and product managers.
• (Bonus) Contribute to software development in C# .NET, leveraging WCF, ASP.NET, and Windows Services for system enhancements and custom solutions.
