Key Responsibilities

1. Property Onboarding : Identify, evaluate, and onboard a minimum of 10 new properties per month across targeted locations.

2. Team Management : Supervise and guide junior team members to achieve business development targets.

3. Site Visits & Audits : Conduct regular property visits and audits to ensure quality standards and operational readiness.

4. Investor Relations : Assist in preparing investor presentations and actively participate in investor meetings.

5. Customer Acquisition : Achieve monthly booking targets through timely follow-up with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

6. Marketing Oversight : Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee ongoing activities across SEO, social media, performance marketing, and local promotions.

7. Portal Management : Ensure timely updates and accuracy of listings on property rental and travel portals.

8. Reporting : Track and report weekly progress to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, hospitality, or real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling a team and working in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with travel for property visits.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
• Laptop is mandatory for this role.
