Job description

A reputed real estate developer in ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐๐ข, ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ž is looking to hire an experienced ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐€๐๐ฏ๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž for their in-house legal team.

If you have strong experience in ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐ž๐ฐ, and working with the ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ฎ๐ž ๐๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, this could be a great opportunity.

๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : Senior Advocate

๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : Balewadi, Pune

๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž : 3+ years

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : LLB

๐„๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ :

  • Experience in drafting & reviewing complex commercial agreements
  • Knowledge of land revenue department processes / title checking (added advantage)
  • Experience in litigation & non-litigation work
  • Married candidates preferred
  • Must stay within 10โ€“15 ๐ค๐ฆ of Balewadi

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ :

  • Drafting and reviewing large & complex contracts
  • Coordinating with the Revenue Department
  • Providing legal advice on commercial agreements
  • Supporting teams with legal opinions
  • Handling litigation and non-litigation matters
  • Keeping legal documents, policies, and contracts updated
