Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should be 30+ in age, preferably married, from nearby location, with hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll, and company administration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding / offboarding
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain HRMS records and employee database
- Oversee company administration and office management
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees
- Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements :
