About This Role

We are seeking a motivated

Enterprise Account Manager - Startups and SMBs

to deepen relationships with startups and SMBs (10–300 employees) who are already Swish Club customers. This role is all about

farming, not hunting : driving renewals, expansions, and upgrades within existing accounts, while ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from Swish Club’s platform.

You’ll serve as the trusted advisor for Founders, CFOs, and IT leaders — helping them scale securely, optimize spend, and unlock more flexibility with our Device-as-a-Service model. Your success will be measured by

account retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfaction .

This role reports directly to leadership and is critical in strengthening Swish Club’s long-term presence in India’s fastest-growing startup ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

Own and grow a portfolio of startup & SMB accounts across India

Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities (new devices, upgrades, accessories, IT services)

Partner closely with finance and IT decision-makers to help them reduce capex, scale with flexibility, and maintain compliance

Build long-term strategic relationships with Founders, CFOs, and IT Heads

Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with credit, operations, and asset teams to deliver a seamless experience

Ensure consistent CRM hygiene (Hubspot) with accurate renewal timelines, expansions, and forecasts

Organize regular business reviews with clients, highlighting ROI and new solutions from Swish Club

Represent Swish Club at startup and SMB community events, reinforcing our thought leadership in the DaaS space

Success Metrics and KPIs

Your performance will be measured on :

Net Revenue Retention (NRR) :

Maintaining and expanding revenue within your portfolio

Renewal Rate :

Percentage of contracts renewed on time and at target terms

Expansion ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) :

Revenue generated from upsell / cross-sell within existing accounts

Customer Health Score :

Adoption, engagement, and satisfaction levels across your accounts

Churn Rate :

Keeping account churn to a minimum through proactive engagement

Forecast Accuracy :

Reliability of renewal and expansion projections in Hubspot

NPS / CSAT Scores :

Direct customer feedback on satisfaction and advocacy

You'll Be A Great Fit If You...

Have 4–7 years of B2B account management or customer success experience, ideally with startups or SMBs

Have worked in leasing / financing, IT hardware, SaaS, or Fintech environments

Excel at nurturing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring renewals

Understand commercial terms (GST, IRR, credit period, RV, etc.) and can speak the CFO’s language

Are process-driven and fluent in tools like Hubspot, Excel, and Notion

Thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment and can balance strategic conversations with tactical execution
