Senior Associate

Looking for an experienced professional to work with our taxation team in cross-border tax matters and transfer pricing compliance, ensuring alignment with Indian regulations and OECD guidelines. The role involves advisory, planning, documentation, and handling audits / litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise on cross-border tax issues, treaty benefits, and international tax structuring.
• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies; conduct benchmarking and economic analyses.
• Prepare TP documentation (Local File, Master File, CbC Reporting) and manage audits.
• Monitor global tax developments (BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2) and assess business impact.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure policy consistency.
