Job Title : Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Duration : 2 Months Contract

Location : Remote Work

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in validating Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, product configurations, and user journeys. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of ensuring high-quality delivery across complex Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Health Cloud features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Validate product configuration , product catalogs , and related business rules.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for OmniScripts , DataRaptors , and guided workflows.
  • Test Lightning Web Components (LWC) for functionality, UI behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Review requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design comprehensive test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases, log defects, and track them through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and product owners to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release validation cycles.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce QA or Functional QA roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud modules and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience testing product configuration , product catalogs , and entitlement rules.
  • Experience testing OmniScripts and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and admin functionalities.
  • Ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Salesforce Administrator or Health Cloud certifications (added advantage).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Basic understanding of automation testing for Salesforce (nice to have).
