About the Role :

We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Director Finance to be a key leader within our finance department.

Reporting directly to VPFinance, you will play a critical role in overseeing our financial operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in financial reporting, a strong grasp of accounting standards, extensive experience in managing audits, and a comprehensive understanding of tax and regulatory compliance.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy & Leadership :

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP Finance in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead the implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to senior management to aid in key business decisions.

Taxation & Regulatory Management :

Team Leadership & Development :

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional Certification : Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience : A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 5-7 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
