Identity Management Specialist Role Overview

As a subject matter expert in Access Management, you will design, implement, optimize and support identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead client engagements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful integration of IAM technologies like Okta, RSA, Ping Identity, Forgerock and other leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) solutions across complex environments, ensuring security, scalability, and seamless user experience.
• Serve as a technical leader in implementing and integrating identity management solutions using various access management products.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to implement and configure MFA solutions across multiple products to strengthen authentication processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of designs, configurations, and operational procedures for identity and access solutions.
