Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Textile Designer at The Applique. The candidate will be responsible for creating unique designs and motifs, collaborating with artisans on block printing techniques, and developing innovative ideas for textiles across product categories. The role requires assisting in the development of custom collections for clients, maintaining design integrity, and ensuring attention to detail throughout the production process. The Textile Designer will work closely with the team to bring a contemporary touch to traditional Sanganeri prints.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Textile Prints and expertise in Textiles and fabric design
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics relevant to textile and print development
• Knowledge of Embroidery techniques and their integration into textile designs
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for blending tradition with modern design aesthetics
• Experience in working with or designing for block-printed or handcrafted textiles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field is preferred
