Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities :
Developing Digital Marketing Strategies : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.Managing Digital Advertising Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimise digitaladvertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. This includes budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, bidding, and performance tracking.Social Media Management : Manage and optimise social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Create and curate content, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and analyse social media metrics.Content Creation and Management : Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, etc. Ensure content is optimised for search engines and resonates with target audiences.Search Engine Optimization(SEO) : Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithms.Email Marketing : Plan, execute, andanalyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, design email templates, and analyze email performance metrics.Website Management : Collaborate with web development teams to optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates. Update website content, implement tracking codes, and monitor website analytics.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.Staying Updated on Industry Trends : Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies to drive better results.Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Compliance and Ethics : Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing digital marketing activities, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Adhere to ethical standards in all digital marketing practices.Implementing Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. This includes creating and optimising campaign assets such as ad copy, graphics, and landing pages.Paid Advertising : Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. This includes budget allocation, keyword research, ad creation, targeting, bidding, A / B testing, and performance tracking.Continuous Learning and Innovation : Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
