Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing talent using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, and Cutshort. The ideal candidate will have excellent sourcing skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Mumbai|| Bangalore

Mode of Work : Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, and Cutshort.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.
