• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve product usability.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI / UX design.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure designs are translated Skills & Qualifications :
• 45 years of proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, responsive design, and information architecture.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of front-end development capabilities (HTML / CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of AI agent interfaces would be a plus.
