Oracle EBS Payroll Technical Consultant

Job descriptionMinimum of 9 years of experience Oracle EBS Payroll. Proven experience with 2-3 support projects. Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Open to flexible time shifts. Expertise in Payroll & Fast Formula. Expertise in Payroll Data Model. Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9. Advanced proficiency in PL / SQL, SQL, and Oracle development tools such as Forms, Reports and BI Publisher (XML Publisher). Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization / customization of EBS modules. Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards. Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations. Experience with Unix / Linux shell scripting for automation and EBS-related tasks. Good understanding of HR, Payroll and Benefits business processes, statutory requirements for US Legislation, and configuration logic.
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle EBS Payroll HRMS module, including HRMS & Benefits modules.
Good to have Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Cloud experience as well. This role demands a deep understanding of these modules to effectively manage and optimize payroll processes.
Work hour : 330PM IST – 1230AM IST
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage EBS Payroll track, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll module.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement benefits solutions.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll / benefits-related issues.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Document business processes and system configurations.
