About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the delivery of strategic insights that inform business decisions, drive member experience improvements, and help shape our future direction. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, champion best practices, and ensure our research programs deliver robust, commercially relevant outcomes. Your work will directly influence key projects and stakeholders across the Members business area and the broader organisation.
Day to day, you'll :
Deliver key components of the strategic insights program to help ART achieve its objectives.Manage and collaborate with external agencies and consultants, ensuring methodologies are robust and findings are clear and commercially relevant.Integrate strategic research insights with member engagement, behavioural data, and Voice of Customer feedback for greater business relevance.Champion and improve research and insight processes and best practices.Maintain documentation of research programs and processes to support analytics governance.Extend research practices into mixed methods and adjacent capabilities.Embed insights that have demonstrable impact on decision-making for leaders and business partners.Prepare and present reports, submissions, and briefings that articulate member and market needs.Support the design and implementation of insight products and programs that drive strategic business and member outcomes.This role is a permanent opportunity.
Location : Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too :
You have tertiary qualifications in Research, Statistics and Data Analysis, Information Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.You’re experienced and proficient with research methods, approaches, and tools.You have strong analytical and data mining skills, and you’re able to convert raw data into actionable business insights.You understand how member information supports strategic and tactical decision-making.You’ll consult widely, build strong relationships, and present confidently to senior stakeholders.Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, and you can translate technical concepts into easily understood ideas.You’re able to manage your time, prioritise your work, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.You work independently, and you’re highly organised and detail-oriented.About us
