Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) to join our dynamic team in Gurugram . This is an on-site role that requires working night shifts to align with the working hours of our US-based clients . As a US IT Recruiter , your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit highly qualified IT professionals for various IT roles across the US. Night Shift : 6 : 30 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST (aligned with US business hours)

Key Responsibilities

As a US IT Recruiter , your role will include, but not be limited to :

End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for US-based IT positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for different IT roles, ensuring the best match between candidates and job specifications.

Source Candidates : Utilize various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates for the open roles.

Screening and Interviews : Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Schedule and Coordinate Interviews : Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring all parties are aligned and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build a Candidate Pipeline : Actively build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a quick turnaround for hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement : Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, providing updates on interview statuses, feedback, and next steps.

Market Awareness : Stay informed on the latest trends in IT recruitment, particularly for US and Canada-based roles, and continuously improve your sourcing strategies.

Offer and Onboarding Assistance : Support candidates through the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

Required Qualifications

Passion for Recruitment & IT : A keen interest in IT and recruitment, especially for US-based roles.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.

Team Player : Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Attention to Detail : Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Willingness to Work Night Shifts : Comfort and readiness to work night shifts (6 : 30 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST).

Bachelor’s Degree : A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (freshers are welcome to apply).

Time Management : Ability to meet deadlines and handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
