Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Approx. 50%)
Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s marketing strategy to enhance market presence and brand awareness.
Set sales growth targets and monitor progress against them.
Analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed across all platforms and channels.
Oversee regular market research and ensure findings are used to inform strategic decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
2. Planning & Budgeting (Approx. 30%)
Define short- and long-term marketing goals and financial objectives.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
Propose marketing-related financial targets to the Chairman.
Identify and develop strategic profit centres for business growth.
Maintain marketing team manpower costs within approved limits.
3. Organizational Strategy & Team Development (Approx. 20%)
Collaborate with management, procurement, logistics, and other departments to align marketing activities with organizational goals.
Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute to the overall health and growth of the organization.
Develop and maintain a forward-thinking and customer-focused marketing approach.
Build a high-performing marketing and sales team; ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members for their professional development.
