WE’RE HIRING! WALK-IN DRIVE AT HCL NAVALUR

Location : HCL Technologies, Sandhya Infocity, Beside Vivira Mall, Village and Panchayat, ETA (B3) - Techno Park, Special Economic Zone 33 Rajiv, Gandhi Salai, Navalur, Taluk, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu .

Date : 24th- 26th November'25

Time : 10 : 30 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Selection Process (Important!)

Three rounds of interviews
Includes assessment tests

Role : Senior Customer Service Representative – Email Back Office

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate

Shift : Night Shift (Saturday to Friday, 5 working days, 2 weekly offs including Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer queries via email professionally

Analyze and resolve issues using internal tools

Document cases and maintain accurate records

Handle store-based, employee-based, and coupon-related concerns.

Required Skills :

Minimum 1-2 year of experience (preferably USA-based process)

Strong English communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
