Senior Lms Support Administrator

The Senior LMS Support Administrator oversees the management, optimization, and support of the organization’s Learning Management System. This role ensures the LMS operates efficiently, provides an excellent user experience, and supports the company’s learning and compliance objectives. The Senior LMS Admin also leads system integrations, content management, data analytics, and user support while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration & Configuration

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of the LMS platform.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and group structures.
• Configure and test new LMS features, upgrades, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the LMS vendor or IT team as needed.
