PPC Officer

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PPC Officer to join our textile manufacturing team. This role demands in-depth knowledge of textile production processes, strong coordination skills, and the ability to efficiently manage production planning, follow-ups, and execution across factories and outlets. Production Planning Control will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maximizing operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and schedule production based on orders and forecasts

Prepare time and action calendars and ensure timely execution of production activities

Coordinate closely with factories, outlets, and production teams to track progress

Monitor raw material requirement planning and inventory levels

Follow up on WIP status, resolve delays and ensure adherence to delivery timelines

Maintain daily production reports and update management on any issues or bottlenecks

Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle

Collaborate with design / merchandising teams for product development tracking

Requirements :

Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production / Home Textile

5+ years of experience in production planning within the textile industry

Strong understanding of textile production processes, from fabric sourcing to final output

Proficiency in Excel and planning tools

Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines

Willingness to travel to factory locations occasionally
