As an Architect at Quest Global, you will play a crucial role in managing complex, exciting, and innovative building construction projects in the Concept / Basic and Detail Design phases. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing sophisticated solutions for a wide variety of building typologies, leading the project team, and ensuring the success of the project. You will serve as the central point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team, and your communication skills will be key in delivering precise, binding, and result-oriented solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureMinimum of 4+ years of experience in architectureExperience in the High Tech Industry, preferably in Semiconductor, Pharma, Lifesciences, Data Center, Battery / Automotive ProductionProficiency in Autodesk Revit and ReviztoResponsibilities
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their architectural needs and requirementsDevelop and present architectural designs, plans, and proposalsEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsConduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and qualityCoordinate with project teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure successful project completionProvide technical guidance and support to junior architects and team membersStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practicesQualifications
