Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to end-to-end hiring for product-based or SaaS organizations. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of modern technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire for niche and critical roles within tight timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5–8 years of strong technical hiring experience , preferably in IT product or SaaS organisations.
• Solid understanding of VDI, cybersecurity, cloud, application development, and IT infrastructure domains.
• Proven expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search , and ATS tools .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple mandates , prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, offer-closing skills, and excellent memory for candidate tracking and role specifics.
• Experience working in fast-paced, mid-sized tech companies .
• Prior experience hiring for enterprise product or cybersecurity organizations is highly preferred.
• Understanding of recruitment analytics and dashboards.
