Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead or support product configuration and functional solution design for Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Create and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
  • Develop test data, write test scripts, and execute test scenarios.
  • Provide guidance to test team members on navigating and testing Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful

delivery.

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience :
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications implementation and support.
  • Hands-on functional expertise in at least two of the following Oracle Cloud applications :
  • Fusion Order Management (FOM)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Subscription Management Cloud
  • Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

    • Strong experience with :

  • Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC)
  • Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
  • Ability to write clear documentation and test scripts.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud application navigation, features, and functionality.
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Oracle Cloud certification in any relevant module(s).
  • Prior experience with global implementation or support projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Oracle APEX.
