We’re now looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our talented engineering teams in India and help shape the future of Talink’s global technology delivery.

🚀 About the Role

As the Head of Engineering , you’ll lead and grow Talink’s engineering capability across multiple technologies and client environments.

You’ll drive engineering excellence, mentor senior technical leaders, and set the vision for scalable, secure, and high-performing software delivery.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role — balancing technology direction, people development, and delivery outcomes.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Define and evolve Talink’s engineering vision, frameworks, and standards across diverse technology stacks.
• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Leads and senior engineers , building a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the technical quality and governance of project delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Partner with Delivery, Product, Platform, and QA leaders to ensure smooth, cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for critical challenges and architectural decisions.
• Shape engineering workforce planning and recruitment , ensuring the right mix of capabilities for future growth.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies and tools that enhance delivery excellence and innovation.
