Associate Director Client Solutions (Analytics and Lifesciences domain)

WNS Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales and Solutioning Specialist with 10-14 years of experience with Analytics and Life science background. This role is essential in bridging client needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements designing tailored solutions and collaborating with sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of value-driven outcomes. Expertise in solution design demonstrations and technical presentations is key to driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

A bachelors or masters degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have 10-14 years of experience in a pre-sales solutions architecture or related role. Experience with proposal development technical documentation and RFP responses is required. The role demands the ability to understand client needs and design impactful solutions along with excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of cloud and enterprise software solutions is important as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions. Additional Information : Experience in sectors such as Life Sciences Healthcare is desirable. Cloud certifications such as AWS Azure or GCP are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
