Job descriptionShould be a person with good end to end functional knowledge of Retail and its subsystem.
Would prefer someone with a deep understanding of at least one system like eCommerce, OMS, Retail Integrations, Cloud etc.
From a technology standpoint should be able to make logical conversations with Client, Technical / Delivery Lead, Product Owners and Business Teams alike.
Should have very good leadership and communication skills to articulate the teams' PoVs and project avenues, status details with full clarity to client leadership team.
Should have a business results driving thought leadership to drive and ideate projects that provide business outcomes to customer at all fronts of their digital landscape.
Should be a Functional and Technical evangelist who can guide and drive the team in the right direction.
Responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in adopting and implementing Agile/Scrum practices to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure e-commerce platforms.
Facilitate Scrum events, remove technical and functional impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong understanding of both Agile methodologies and the technical nuances of e-commerce environments.
Plan and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
Utilize JIRA to analyze velocity, burndown charts, and KPIs to optimize workflow efficiency; Use Confluence for document management and RACI, proactively identify and remove technical risks, blockers, and external dependencies that negatively impact team progress.
