About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a foundational role suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The position requires strong coordination skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage routine processes with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, etc.).Support in preparing MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards.3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.Coordinate with employees for attendance regularization and corrections.Update HRIS / attendance systems as required.4. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing engagement activities, team events, and HR initiatives.Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation.Maintain a supportive and approachable HR interface for employees.5. Compliance & Policy Support
Help maintain statutory documentation and HR compliance records.Support in implementing HR policies and processes across the office.6. Coordination & Administrative Support
Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.Provide administrative support related to HR events, meetings, and documentation.Key Skills & Competencies
