Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement scalable test-automation solutions using custom open-source frameworks (Playwright / TypeScript, Karate, K6 performance) and / or Tricentis Tosca, TestIM (low-code) across enterprise platforms – React, React Native, GraphQL API, SAP, .NET, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Azure, AWS.
  • Integrate AI and machine-learning capabilities (e.G., Model Context Protocol servers) for autonomous test design, generation, maintenance, and analytics.
  • Define and operationalize Test Data Management (TDM) strategies to enable secure, reusable, and synthetic data across test environments.
  • Integrate automation within Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, ensuring that execution results and metrics are automatically published to ADO dashboards for transparency and traceability.
  • Partner with product, development, and DevOps teams to embed automation throughout the CI / CD workflow and enable shift-left testing using mock data and fake APIs.
  • Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for automation frameworks.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and measure business value.
  • Mentor and coach QA engineers and developers to scale low-code and open-source automation across the enterprise.
  • Present automation strategy, progress, and ROI metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Education and / or Training :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.E. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Relevant Work Experience :

  • 8+ years of progressive QA and test-automation experience;
  • 3+ years in an architectural or enterprise lead role.

  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript / Javascript) for modern UI, API, and K6 performance testing.
  • Proficiency in publishing automation results to Azure DevOps (ADO) and building Power BI QA metrics dashboards.
  • Experience testing applications built on React / React Native, GraphQL API, SAP, .NET, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML testing capabilities (self-healing, risk-based test selection, automated test generation using MCP servers).
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder influence skills at technical and senior levels.
  • Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge :

  • Define and maintain enterprise automation roadmaps aligned to AI and modernization goals.
  • Plan and govern tool implementation and framework adoption across multiple technology stacks.
  • Establish and track KPIs for automation coverage, execution efficiency, and quality of automated solutions.
  • Coordinate and standardize automation processes globally.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
