Description

We are seeking a Front Office Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, providing excellent visitors / guest handling, support HR in Recruitment and HR Operations and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Support HR in Recruitment and HR Operations
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ensure the front office area is well-maintained and presentable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in front office administration or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have worked on Job Portals and hands on experience on recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good in typing and file / documents management
  • English and Kannada languages are mandatory
