We are seeking a Front Office Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, providing excellent visitors / guest handling, support HR in Recruitment and HR Operations and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support HR in Recruitment and HR Operations
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure the front office area is well-maintained and presentable.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in front office administration or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Must have worked on Job Portals and hands on experience on recruitmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good in typing and file / documents managementEnglish and Kannada languages are mandatorySkills Required
