Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Professional to manage and oversee housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and overall office upkeep operations for a large corporate facility in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, vendor coordination, people management, and process improvement within a corporate or hospitality setup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, and office maintenance activities.
• Oversee upkeep of interiors, exteriors, and recreation zones (gym, resting rooms, play area, etc.).
• Ensure sufficient stock and inventory of housekeeping and cleaning materials.
• Handle vendor lifecycle — selection, performance monitoring, renewals, billing, and payments.
• Implement housekeeping systems, SOPs, and audit schedules.
• Monitor quality of services and manage escalations efficiently.
• Support in budget creation, utilization tracking, and analysis.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, conduct training, and ensure EHS compliance.
• Support CSR and sustainability initiatives and manage AMC renewals within deadlines.
