Vacancy for CS Trainee

We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee to join our dynamic team!

This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to :

  • Corporate secretarial work and company law compliance
  • Drafting of board and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, and filings
  • Corporate governance and legal documentation
  • Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, including practical exposure to resolution processes and NCLT proceedings

Eligibility :

  • Executive or Professional level student of ICSI
  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in corporate law and insolvency practice

    • Location : New Delhi

    Vacancy : 05
