Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher) . The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, understanding job requirements, and handling closures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely updates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience
• Support efficient closure of open positions through proactive follow-ups
