Heading a PET Preforms plant in Beverages,Bottling,Breweries,FMCG.
Client : Leading reputed bottler of a reputed brand with multiple manufacturing sites in India & abroad.
KEY DRIVERS :
- As Plant Head, oversee operation of 2 Manufacturing sites ( each 23,000 MT capacity per year) manufacturing Metal Crowns, PET Preforms & Plastic Closures.in the Blowing (Stretch) & Injection molding factory producing PET bottles and Preforms.
- Plant capacity : 1600 CPM / 11400 CPM (Closure Per Minute) & 1 Shrink line (14 Ton Daily)
- Overall responsibility of Production planning, Manpower handling,Raw material procurement & Inventory control.
- Daily and Monthly review of production output, Weekly review of raw and packaging material requirement, Control Plant Operations, manufacturing expenses and overheads.
- Overall responsibility of machine & plant maintenance ensuring machine availability above 93%, Oversee Preventive and predictive maintenance programmes,
- Effectively and efficiently drive multifunctional teams to ensure that production is as per quality standard parameters and schedules by overseeing Manufacturing, Maintenance Supply Chain, Quality,& Logistics departments.
INCUMBENT :
ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 40-50LPA
