About Us
We manage the day-to-day digital operations for large U.S. brands — their websites, customer journeys, emails, loyalty programs, and the entire MarTech stack, big-bang launches.
Basically, we keep things running smoothly, launch new campaigns every month, fix what’s broken, and continuously improve performance.
What You’ll Be Doing (real work, no fluff)
- Work closely with U.S. brand Product Owners, Marketing Heads, Digital teams, and Internal Leadership Teams to understand priorities and pain points.
- Gather requirements, write clear user stories, and manage the delivery backlog end-to-end.
- Run refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups — you’ll be the glue between client stakeholders and our POD delivery teams.
- Own MSO (Maintenance, Support & Operations) programs for live websites and MarTech stacks — track SLAs, coordinate releases, handle incidents, and drive monthly / quarterly roadmaps.
- Measure KPIs like content velocity, campaign performance, enrollment conversion, personalization lift, and CLTV growth, then turn insights into the next set of improvements.
- Occasionally support pre-sales scoping and client workshops.
We’re Looking For
5–8+ years as a Business Analyst / Digital BA / Proxy Product Owner, with solid experience running live MSO programs for enterprise websites and MarTech stacks (CMS, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, Loyalty platforms).Hands-on experience with platforms like ContentStack, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Tealium, GA4, etc.Strong Agile & Scrum Master background — you’ve run sprints, managed Jira backlogs, written stories, tracked velocity, and handled stakeholder reviews like second nature.Comfortable dealing with marketing, brand, legal / compliance, and IT teams — especially in regulated industries (healthcare, CPG, manufacturing, financial services is a big plus).Excellent communication — you can explain technical things in simple English to CMOs and equally talk requirements with developers.Bonus Points
Previously worked on the brand side or managed long-term MSO contracts.Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or agentic tools in marketing ops.Scrum Master or PMP / PSPO / CSPO certification.You Are Someone Who
