We are seeking a Junior Counselor for our Vadodara office, specializing in counseling students interested in the UK and USA education sectors. This is a full-time role suitable for professionals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The position focuses on providing comprehensive guidance to prospective students and supporting the admissions process.
Qualifications And Skills
- Demonstrated communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational institutes (Mandatory skill)
- Academic advising experience to offer tailored guidance and solution-based student support (Mandatory skill)
- Proven ability in sales for promoting educational pathways and converting inquiries into admissions (Mandatory skill)
- Prior experience with documentation processes required for international admissions and visa applications
- Proficiency in using CRM software for effective lead management, tracking, and reporting of student cases
- Knowledge in admissions counseling to guide applicants through program selection and application procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student profiles and deadlines efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data in compliance with relevant educational regulations
Roles And Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end counseling to students aiming to study in the UK and USA, including academic and career planningAssist with overall admissions process, including application review, documentation, and pre-departure briefingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software for efficient follow-ups and lead conversionsEngage with prospective students and parents in-person, through calls, and via online platforms for query resolutionGenerate and convert leads, guiding students from inquiry to successful enrollment using consultative sales techniquesStay updated with the latest admission policies, courses, and visa regulations for the UK and USA education systemsCollaborate with team members and educational partners to provide the most current information and seamless serviceParticipate in marketing initiatives such as seminars, fairs, and webinars as required to promote educational opportunitiesSkills Required
