About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with Tableau expertise to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and reporting, and will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau .

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create data models, DAX measures, and calculated fields to optimize report performance and accuracy.

Integrate data from various sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) into Power BI / Tableau.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.

Implement security and access control for reports and dashboards.

Automate data refresh schedules and manage BI deployments.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization for BI reports and queries.

Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and self-service BI capabilities.

Stay current with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in BI development using Power BI and Tableau .

Strong understanding of data modeling , ETL processes , and data warehousing concepts.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Experience with DAX , Power Query (M language) , and Tableau calculations .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies preferred.
