Compensation Analyst

Qualification required :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
• Demonstrated understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing techniques, and incentive plan design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
