Job description7+Yrs Hands-on experience with Genedata Biologics, Screener and similar. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Jython, R) and bash environments. Familiarity with Git, Nextflow, relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with AWS and / or Azure for data processing and deployment. Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and design tailored solutions.
