Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software testing and an understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies. This is a great opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements
• Design and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Run automated test suites, analyse results, and report findings to relevant stakeholders
• Log, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct regression testing to verify that software updates do not impact existing functionality
• Participate actively in Agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
• Stay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices
