Our proprietary SyncFused Products (SAR + MSI fusion) provide high-quality, actionable geospatial data for diverse applications.
As a Signal Processing Intern , you will play a key role in developing advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms that transform raw radar signals into high-resolution satellite images. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the fascinating world of spaceborne radar systems and contribute directly to real satellite missions.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and optimize core SAR focusing algorithms .
Explore sub-aperture and spotlight imaging techniques for improved image precision.
Develop motion compensation and phase correction methods to enhance image quality.
Use simulation tools to generate synthetic SAR data for testing and validation.
Evaluate image quality using professional metrics (IRF, PSLR, etc.).
Optimize algorithms for computational efficiency on flight and ground systems.
Document all technical work clearly, including derivations, code details, and performance analysis.
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics , or a related field.
Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) , Linear Algebra , and Fourier Analysis .
Proficient in Python , especially NumPy and SciPy .
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about SAR systems .
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
Familiarity with radar systems or microwave theory .
Exposure to GPU programming , parallel computing , or optimization .
Experience with image formation , reconstruction , or remote sensing calibration .
