Senior Project Engineer - Interior Fitout

We are seeking a skilled, committed, detail-oriented Interior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior construction projects from conception to completion, finishes, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets

Role Requirements :

Will be working on-site with responsibility for the overall and simultaneous execution of multiple residential interior projects

Should report to the Business Head and Principal Designer

To handle material effectively.

Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work.

To go ahead and execute the work according to the 2D Drawing.

To prepare a required material list at the site.

Coordinating with the subcontractors, supervisors, and general workforce.

Completing the projects in a timely manner within pre-determined budgets and quality standards

Check site work status and approve labour payments

To be in frequent communication and share daily updates with the Project manager

Professional Qualifications :

B.Des or B.E. Civil candidates with interior design industry experience.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Execution side of the Interior Industry, specifically in residential interiors.

Familiarity with modular technology, civil works, and services.

Desired Skills :

Knowledge in taking measurements and a willingness to travel to site.

Good knowledge of interior materials, accessories, hardware and technical knowledge

Well-behaved communication with customers and the ability to get work done

3+ years of experience in residential construction projects

Good Labour management skills

Excellent people management skills
