We're looking for a smart, organised and people-friendly Admin Executive to join our creative team at Manidhi Media Hub.

You'll be the key person managing both wedding projects and brand campaign works — coordinating with clients, editors, photographers and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients for project updates, feedback and delivery.
• Manage editors and creatives for timely deliverables.
• Schedule shoots, track timelines and maintain project records.
• Support both wedding and brand campaign projects (personal branding, product shoots, etc.).
• Handle basic admin tasks, payments, and communication follow-ups.

Requirements :

Experience :

1–3 years in admin, client handling, or coordination (creative / media field preferred).
