Role Overview

As a QA Apprentice, you’ll support the Content Quality Assurance team in conducting audits of

property listings, content, pricing,

and

availability . You will use

Excel

and other tools to ensure accuracy and consistency across our property inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a knack for detail, strong Excel skills, and an interest in quality or operations in tech-based real estate platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing

daily / weekly audits of property data

(e.g., price, availability, offers, amenities).

Help ensure accuracy and consistency in

content, images, and videos for property listings.

Use

Excel / Google Sheets

to manage and update

audit trackers.

Flag issues and follow up with relevant internal teams

(Data Entry, Supply).

Conduct basic

Freshdesk / email QA

audits under supervision.

Help prepare basic

reports

and QA performance summaries.

Learn and contribute to existing processes and documentation

(SOPs).

Skills & Requirements

Recently graduated or final-year student in

BCA, BCom ,

or related field.

Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets :

Functions like

VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc .

Formatting and sorting / filtering

Pivot Tables (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with online tools like

Freshdesk, CRMs, or internal dashboards is a plus.
