Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a USA-based pharmacy . This role involves handling daily prescriptions, submitting insurance claims, and communicating directly with patients regarding their copays.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Process and manage daily prescriptions

Submit and follow up on insurance claims

Speak directly with patients to explain copays, balances, and prescription details

Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer support

✅ Requirements :

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) – must

Basic math skills to calculate copays, insurance splits, and billing amounts

Strong customer service attitude

Ability to work night shift (US hours)

Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Salary : Starting from ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
