Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation systems that enhance transparency, compliance, and operational intelligence.

You will lead the development of models and tools that combine machine learning, NLP, and data-driven insights with secure, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI / NLP models for data classification, anomaly detection, and predictive governance.
  • Integrate AI models into scalable web and backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers (React / Next.js) to integrate AI capabilities into dashboards and tools.
  • Develop automated decision support systems using real-time data and AI insights.
  • Work closely with data scientists to train, fine-tune, and deploy models for text, image, or structured data.
  • Ensure AI systems are secure, explainable, and ethically aligned.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous integration (CI / CD).
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and governance automation.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Node.js or Java.
  • Experience with Machine Learning / NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Deep understanding of transformer models (BERT, RoBERTa, Llama, Mistral).
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and real-time data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure for model deployment.
  • Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes, Git, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Understanding of AI ethics, data security, and scalable architecture.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI model development and integration.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Experience with SCADA systems or industrial data platforms.
  • Background in renewable energy, governance automation, or process optimization.
  • Knowledge of web security and performance optimization techniques.
