2Required Technical Skill Set - C++, Linux, MY SQL

3Desired Experience Range - 8 -10 years

4Location of Requirement - Mumbai

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Strong C++ on Linux hands on skills, Linux, MY SQL,

Ability to understand client expectations and design the solution independently. Strong communication skills for interacting with the client, Leadership and team skills, Quick Problem resolution skills.

Good-to-Have

JBoss, LLM, Python.

Knowledge of Financial Capital market would be preferable

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Understand the Business requirements, Analyze the Impact, Design the solution, Code changes as per the design and performing end to end testing.

Technical expertise in understanding the product and guiding the team towards designing the changes and resolving any issues in the system

Ability to understand business requirement and translate into a feasible technical solution and developing it with the team within the defined timeframe

Trouble shooting production incidents, Developing tools and automating regular jobs for monitoring and operations.

Guiding (technically & functionally) and mentoring a team of 5-6 associates for a change requirement.
